はじめましてAteiier ce et ce（アトリエセッセ）の平山仁美といいます。
お洋服を作っています。
2011年６月～三年間 福岡県北九州市北区魚町という場所で、
クリエーターが集まるメルカート三番街ビルで店舗を構え
今のような展示会形式の活動に変化し、はや7年目を迎えました。
「せっせ」とは、一つのことを着実に一生懸命行うこという日本語からとったものです。
モノづくりは一つ一つの積み重ねです。
それを丁寧に作り上げてこそ美しい形となっていきます。
そんな物づくりにぴったりの言葉のようです。
響きよく、フランス語の発音にも似ていて大好きな言葉です。
そんな屋号がとても気に入っています。
人々を優しく包み、心を結び、寄り添えるような
そんなお洋服を作り続けていきたいです。

Philosophy
Handcrafted products require very delicate procedures.
The only way to create beautiful pieces of work is by taking small, conscious steps forward.
My brand name “ Atelier ce et ce “ was named after Japanese word ,せっせ (sesse).
It means to work on one thing diligently.
I am convinced that this word perfectly expresses what craftsmanship is about. Moreover,
I am enjoying how this sounds because of the French-like vibe it gives.
French fashion and life style always inspire me to greater efforts for my creation.
I believe clothes tell a story. Clothing envelops you in a warm hug.
It bonds to our hearts and cuddles close to us throughout our days.
I have been creating my works picturing the various stories of their future owners, and I always will.
Biography
Her major was spatial planning design where she learned to design space that inspires different human activities,
and expresses enriched culture. After moving back to Fukuoka she embarked on a career as a fashion designer.
In 2011, she set up her own brand , “ Atelier ce et ce “ and opened a location in MERCATO 3 – the commercial complex where talented and promising artists
express their own works in Kitakyushu city.During three years of shop management, Hitomi gradually started to consider becoming a designer who creates works to be cherished for many generations to come,
rather than a fashion designer that aims to be on the cutting edge of fashion.Currently , Hitomi launches her works at exhibitions.
She also holds a position as a general producer of her own exhibitions overseeing display arrangement which includes intricate flower arrangement.
Hitomi continues to embody her brand works with the spirit of craftsmanship. She presently lives in Kitakyushu city.
